Look for real production scenes

A source factory should be able to show actual workshop photos, production workers, sewing or assembly stations, sorting areas, and bulk packing areas. This helps buyers know whether the supplier controls production directly or only forwards orders to another factory.

Confirm sample and material control

Before bulk production, confirm sponge density, puff surface, ribbon width, PU backing, logo color, and packaging material. A stable factory keeps sample records so repeat orders can follow the approved standard.

Check MOQ and lead time clearly

A professional factory gives different solutions for 500, 3000, 10000, and larger quantity orders. Small runs are suitable for testing, while larger orders reduce unit cost and allow more packaging customization.

Ask about final packing

Good OEM work is not only making the puff. Counting, bagging, label placement, barcode stickers, carton marks, and export packing all affect the final customer experience.

Before you ask for a quote

  • Target product photo, sketch, or reference link.
  • Estimated quantity tier: 500, 3000, 10000, or larger.
  • Logo file, Pantone color, package idea, and destination country.
