Here are the details buyers usually confirm before sampling, pricing, logo customization, packaging, and shipment.

What is your MOQ?

For existing shapes and colors, the starting MOQ can be 500 pcs. For private-label orders with logo and packaging, common tiers are 3,000 pcs and 10,000 pcs. New mold projects require separate MOQ confirmation.

Can I customize the logo?

Yes. We support ribbon logo printing, PU leather backing logo, hot stamping, embossing, debossing, box printing, sticker labels, insert cards, and carton marks.

Can you match Pantone colors?

Yes. Please provide Pantone code or physical color sample. We can match sponge color, puff fabric, ribbon, pouch, paper box, and other packaging materials.

How long does sampling take?

Most standard samples take 3-5 days after confirming size, material, color, logo process, and packaging direction. Special molds or complex packaging may take longer.

Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a source factory with real workshop production, material preparation, assembly, sewing, inspection, sorting, and packing. Customers can review factory photos and production details before ordering.

What should I send for quotation?

Please send product photos or drawings, target size, quantity, logo file, packaging idea, destination country, and expected delivery date. This helps us quote faster and more accurately.
